• Payout & Tax Info: Bank account details or tax identification for revenue share payments.

2.3 End-User (Consumer) Data

• Chatbot Interaction Logs: Chat transcripts, timestamps, clicked links, product selections.

• Device & Browser Data: IP address (anonymized if required), device type, browser user agent.

3. How We Use Data

3.1 Service Delivery

• To display contextually relevant Chatbots on Retailer/Publisher sites.

• To match Brand creative with page content based on real-time AI analysis.

3.2 Performance Reporting

• To compile dashboards showing impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue share, and ROI for Brands, Retailers, and Publishers.

• Aggregate analytics for improving AI matching algorithms.

3.3 Communication & Support

• To send transactional messages (e.g., account setup, billing notices, performance summaries).

• To respond to support inquiries and resolve technical issues.

3.4 Legal & Security

• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform.

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting, regulatory compliance).

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

4.1 With Our Service Providers

We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform—e.g., hosting providers, analytics vendors, payment processors. All providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and use data only to perform services for moojo.id.

4.2 With Brands, Retailers & Publishers

• Chatbot interaction logs and performance metrics are shared with sponsoring Brands and hosting Retailers/Publishers for reporting and optimization.

• Retailers and Publishers see anonymized aggregate user metrics; Brands see data specific to their sponsored campaigns.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of moojo.id, Brands, Retailers, Publishers, or Users.

4.4 Business Transfers

If moojo.id undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties before data is transferred.

5. Data Retention

• We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill business purposes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

• Chatbot logs and analytics data are retained for a minimum of 2 years to support trend analysis and performance auditing, unless a Brand, Retailer, or Publisher requests earlier deletion (subject to data integrity considerations).

6. User Rights & Choices

6.1 Access & Correction

• Brands, Retailers, and Publishers can access, update, or correct their account information via the dashboard or by contacting privacy@moojo.id.

• End-Users can request a copy of their Chatbot interaction data or request deletion by emailing privacy@moojo.id with verifiable identity.

6.2 Opt-Out & Deletion

• End-Users can opt out of having their data used for analytics by disabling cookies (see Cookie Policy).

• Brands, Retailers, and Publishers can request removal of their data or permanent termination of their accounts by contacting support@moojo.id.

6.3 Do Not Track

Our Platform does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

7. Data Security

• We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, regular security audits) to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
